Rachel, Practice Manager
Rachel has 17 years of experience in veterinary and pet care, with a focus on client education and animal husbandry. When not at work, she shares her life with her husband Kye and their three dogs: Daphne, a 15-year-old terrier mix; Charlotte, a 2-year-old pit mix; and Trevor, a 4-year-old Boxer. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys cooking, yacht rock, and working as a freelance wardrobe assistant. With a BS in Fashion Merchandising, she’s found her true passion in veterinary care. Fun fact: she’s left-handed but plays golf right-handed! |
Kayla, Registered Veterinary Technician
Kayla brings 17 years of experience to the veterinary field, having started as a receptionist and worked her way through nearly every role in the clinic. After earning her veterinary technician degree in 2019, she became a registered veterinary technician in 2020. Outside of work, Kayla shares her home with her husband Carl and their four cats: John, Evan, Billy, and Thelma. Her love for animals extends beyond her job—she’s volunteered with local rescues and with the American Humane Society, providing disaster relief after tornadoes. Kayla also has 4 years experience in pet insurance! |

Erin, Veterinary Assistant
Erin has been involved in the veterinary field since 2012, bringing a wealth of experience and a genuine love for animals. She graduated from William Penn University in 2010. At home, Erin shares her life with an eclectic mix of pets: Nocona, a lab; Asics, a Malinois; Hoka and Crocs, her cats; and Bullet, a bearded dragon. In her small amount of free time, she enjoys reading. She's also a vegetarian who names all her pets after shoes, is obsessed with true crime, The Little Mermaid, and chapstick.

Chloe, Veterinary Assistant
Chloe has 4 years of experience in veterinary medicine, with a passion for surgery and specialty care. She started as a kennel technician and advanced her way through most clinic roles, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the field. Originally from Louisiana, Chloe is the oldest of three siblings and shares her home with two playful dogs: Halen, a 2-year-old rescued lab mix, and Kiba, a 3-year-old Dalmatian. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and spending time with friends and family. Fun fact: Chloe’s Dalmatian has brown spots instead of the traditional black! |
