Rachel, Practice Manager
With 17 years of experience in veterinary and pet care, Rachel has honed her expertise in client education and animal husbandry. She’s passionate about empowering pet owners with knowledge to ensure their pets lead healthy, happy lives. At home, Rachel enjoys life with her husband, Kye, and their three dogs: Daphne, a 15-year-old terrier mix; Charlotte, a playful 2-year-old pit mix; and Trevor, a spirited 4-year-old Boxer. When she’s off the clock, Rachel is a culinary enthusiast, a fan of yacht rock, and enjoys her side hustle as a freelance wardrobe assistant. A graduate with a BS in Fashion Merchandising, Rachel found her true calling in veterinary care, where she combines her love for animals with her commitment to excellence.
Erin, Veterinary Assistant
Since 2012, Erin has worked in various capacities within the veterinary field, consistently bringing her passion for animals to everything she does. She graduated from William Penn University in 2010 and is known for her positive attitude and strong commitment to animal welfare. At home, Erin’s eclectic family includes a Labrador named Nocona, a Malinois named Asics, a cat named Crocs, and a bearded dragon named Bullet. Outside of work, Erin is an avid reader, a vegetarian, and an enthusiast of true crime, The Little Mermaid, and chapstick. Fun fact: she loves naming all her pets after shoes!
